Depending on the services selected, support may include:

• Pre-move decluttering to ensure only what you truly want and need is packed and moved

• Sorting and decision-making support to streamline belongings before packing

• Packing services for selected rooms or items, using organized, intentional methods

• Post-move unpacking and organizing, either whole-home or by individual rooms

• Functional system setup so your new space is organized and ready for daily life

• Basic labeling and organizing tools used throughout the process

• One carload of donations removed per service day, when applicable

Our goal is to help you avoid moving unnecessary items, reduce unpacking fatigue, and feel at home as quickly as possible.

To further customize your move experience, we also offer optional add-ons, including:

• Product Recommendations & Shopping – Thoughtful suggestions and purchasing support for containers, storage solutions, or move-related essentials.

• Coordination of Bulk or Junk Item Removal – Assistance arranging removal of larger unwanted items.

• Selling Undesired Items – Help identifying and selling items you no longer wish to move.

• Deep Cleaning of High-Use or Transition Areas – Detailed cleaning for garages, basements, storage areas, or other spaces impacted by the move.

Rates start at $75 per hour per organizer, with a 6‑hour minimum to book.

Move systemizing services are custom-priced based on the scope of work, size of the home, timeline, and services selected. After your consultation, you’ll receive a detailed proposal outlining recommended services and estimated investment.

Clients may book pre-move services, post-move services, or a combination of both, allowing for a flexible approach that fits your needs and schedule.
