We offer free professional organizing services for nonprofits, PTAs, and charitable organizations that serve our local community. Organized, functional spaces allow teams and volunteers to focus on what matters most—supporting their mission.

Our Systemize My Community service provides hands-on organizational help tailored to your space, your team, and your goals. Whether you need collaborative support with staff and volunteers or prefer an independent, done-for-you approach, we create systems that are practical, sustainable, and easy to maintain.

  • All eligible organizations receive comprehensive organizing support at no cost, beginning with planning and ending with functional, organized spaces.

    This service includes:

    • Free phone consultation to discuss your organization’s needs, space challenges, and goals

    • On-site consultation to assess the space and create a customized organizing plan

    • Complimentary on-site organizing sessions, including sorting, categorizing, placing, and labeling items

    • Flexible organizing styles, allowing us to work independently or alongside staff and volunteers

    • Functional organizing systems designed to support daily operations and long-term use

    These services are ideal for nonprofit offices, storage rooms, supply closets, PTA spaces, and other shared-use environments.

  • At this time, no add-on services are offered for Community Organizing Support. All basic organizing services provided through this program are included at no cost.

  • This is a fully free organizing service offered to nonprofits, PTAs, and charitable organizations as part of our commitment to community support. Availability is limited and based on scheduling capacity.
